Dr. Nikki Williamson Weiner, OTD, OTR/L, AOEAS, CEAS-II, CEC/O leads the Onsite Injury Prevention Programs for The Rising Workplace. Overseeing a nationwide team of Injury Prevention Specialists, Dr. Weiner is a licensed occupational therapist, performing ergonomic and injury prevention services for a wide variety of industrial facilities. Nikki’s work centers on the dynamic relationship between personal, environmental, and occupational factors in the workplace, with outcomes focused on employee engagement, performance and well-being. She earned a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from the University of Georgia and a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. Her other professional roles have included clinical education, research, and practice in the adult rehabilitation field. Nikki has been a highly rated presenter at many regional and national conferences. Nikki’s professional work has been published in The American Journal of Occupational Therapy, OTJR: Occupation, Participation, and Health, Business Insider, The New York Times, and Today in OT magazine.
