On-the-spot recommendations and adjustments
Includes a detailed follow-up report with further recommendations on modifications, equipment, and body mechanics

Live Work From Home Ergonomics Webinar for Groups
A customized work from home ergonomics educational session that educates participants on basic office ergonomics and guides them through setting up their workspace in the home environment.
Webinar includes interactive exercises, advice on creative solutions for common discomforts, and latest research on how the environment impacts our work performance. There is time at the end for a Q & A with the ergonomic specialist.
