Whether it’s a personalized ergonomic office assessment or a customized group training our certified ergonomic specialists tailor the service to meet your needs.

Services include brief consultations to ergonomic assessments related to a doctor’s order or ADA reasonable accommodation request.

Our assessment and consultation process includes completion of an OSHA - compliant checklist and on-the-spot recommendations and modifications for each employee, performed by a certified office ergonomic specialist.

We offer a more in-depth assessment that also examines contributing environmental factors, such as lighting, sound, work routines/ habits, etc. with an emphasis on increasing job comfort, performance and productivity.

Dr. Nikki Weiner OTD, OTR/L, AOEAS leads The Rising Workplace’s office, healthcare and home office ergonomic teams, providing clinical oversight across all of our office and healthcare services. Nikki is a licensed occupational therapist that is trained as an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOEAS). Nikki specializes in office and computer workstation ergonomic assessment, consulting, and training. Nikki’s work centers on the dynamic relationship between personal, environmental, and occupational factors in the workplace, with outcomes focused on employee engagement, performance and well-being.

Her areas of clinical expertise include task analysis, assessment, and cognitive intervention. She is an experienced researcher, clinician and educator.
